About ICT President Cynthia MorganCynthia Morgan is an innovative strategist and thought leader in the development and integration of advanced information and communication technologies that are reshaping the way we learn and communicate in both the classroom, and the workplace. Among the industry's pioneers, Cynthia brings more than 25 years of project management, technology integration, and business leadership experience to the marketplace.

Recognized as a pacesetter and business leader, Cynthia is currently the president and founder of Interactive Campus Technologies, a specialized consulting and systems integration company that provides organizations with IT strategies and solutions for improving and extending their learning and communication capabilities. The business is structured around a state-of-the-art learning system that Cynthia designed called the "Ideal Classroom". This system combines audio visual and interactive equipment to provide customized modular and scalable learning solutions.

Prior to founding Interactive Campus Technologies, Cynthia was the driving force behind System Concepts Inc. (SCI), a company she established in 1992. She built SCI from the ground floor, with zero revenue, into a thriving operation with more than $12 million in revenue, within the first five years of operation, all accomplished without reliance on any outside working capital. The success and rapid growth of SCI was largely due to Cynthia's persistent and focused leadership, as well as her ability to secure major contracts in both the public and private sectors. One of her most notable achievements was winning a major contract with the Chicago Public School System, which positioned the company as the exclusive provider of computer and AV equipment and systems to more than 600 schools.

In addition to her strong business leadership, Cynthia brings a high level of technical proficiency as project manager to the table. She has designed, delivered, and managed complex multi-site system installations, including a 182-site project brought to successful completion in just 45 days, well ahead of the 12-month target timeline.

The foundation of Cynthia's business success is rooted in her early experience in IT sales, technology coordination, and human resource management in the insurance and technology manufacturing industries.

Cynthia's perceptive nature, outstanding business acumen, and ability to identify emerging and under-served market needs, has enabled her to consistently produce exceptional rather than ordinary results in each business challenge she undertakes.
